• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

• If you purchased the wrong size, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Return shipping for the original item is the buyer's responsibility, but we’ll send the replacement size free of charge.

• Service: Royal Mail Signed and Tracked.
• Delivery Time: 7–10 working days after dispatch (delivery times may vary based on the destination).
